| Patagonia ...Sea Run Browns await |
1.Patagonia.
I was fortunate enough to go once. Returning still tops everything else. The food, people, and fish all make this place hard to beat.
2.Christmas Island
Giant Trevally make me lose sleep. Dreams of 60lb Jacks eating giant top water flies within a rod length and then burning up drags haunt my nights. Tons of bonefish wouldn’t be terrible either.
3. BC Steelhead
A Dean River Float and fishing the Skeena system makes the short list. Some of the biggest baddest steelhead matched with incredible scenery is means this is a must do if you call yourself a steelhead addict.
4.New Zealand
Do you like sight fishing to giant brown trout with equally large dry flies? I do.
5. Florida Keys Tarpon and Permit
Sight fishing to big, challenging fish, domestic location. Very difficult means very rewarding. Have you ever seen the Chasing Silver dvd’s?
6.Baja Roosterfish and Tuna
Shop trip this September. Very affordable and easy to get to. Roosterfish rushing your fly on the beach are amazing beyond words. Ask us for trip details.
7. Scotland Atlantic Salmon
Ive just got to visit the place where spey casting began!
8.Seychelles
Similar to Christmas Island, harder to get to. Big bonefish, big trevally, warm weather.
9. Alaska fall steelhead.
Some of the remotest, most barren places on earth. With steelhead just as raw and beautiful.
10. Bolivian dorado.
Big aggressive fish in the jungle. That’s got to be fun.
We work closely with Flywater Travel Co. If there is something on here or elsewhere that you are interested in, talk to us and we would be glad to help you get setup with a very reputable lodge/guide at locations all over the globe.
